Join me on February 26 at 8:15 PM EST for a 45-minute Qigong and meditation session. During this practice we will turn our attention toward the celestial realm—towards the Light, expanding our capacity to give and receive Love.
These past months have been rich with celestial activity, offering profound opportunities for growth, transformation, and understanding. Through the beautiful practice of qigong, we will cleanse and nourish our energy, stepping into the awareness of the star beings that we truly are. The session concludes with a guided meditation inviting us to travel among the stars.
