Re-scheduling Appointments

To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask that you update or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before the booking time.

Cancellation Policy for Session:

If you need to cancel an appointment, please note that a $25 non-reimbursable service fee will be retained for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy for Workshops:

For workshop registrations, a $25 non-reimbursable service fee will be retained for cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will not be eligible for reimbursement.
