This introductory session gives you a taste of what Brain Gym® is all about. Brain Gym® movements are easy to do, easy to learn and give immediate results. Practicing Brain Gym® helps reduce stress, increase energy and over-all sense of well-being while improving vision, hearing and memory.

In this workshop you will

  • Experience goal setting and a Brain Gym® balance
  • Discover the three dimensions of brain function: laterality, centering, and focus
  • Practice noticing techniques to discover which dimension is not integrated for your goal
  • Learn a 7-minute tune-up for peak performance and stress management
